On February 1, 2023, Aris Water Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a  business update and the expected related impact on fourth quarter and full-year financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
