Howard Keenan, Jr. has served as a director of our predecessor since September 2016. Mr. Keenan has over 40 years of experience in the financial and energy businesses and has been a Member of Yorktown Partners LLC, a private investment manager focused on the energy industry, since its inception in 1997. From 1975 to 1997, he was in the Corporate Finance Department of the investment bank Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. and active in the private equity and energy areas, including the founding of the first Yorktown Partners fund in 1991. Mr. Keenan also serves on the boards of directors of the following public companies: Antero Resources Corporation (NYSE: AR), Antero Midstream Corporation (NYSE: AM) and Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, Inc.
